Dear Mr. Head,

I enclose a copy of a letter dated the 24th March and enclosure from Mr. W. Buchanan, concerning his war damage losses in Hong Kong.

As Mr. Buchanan is in Canada, we should be grateful if the Commonwealth Relations Office would arrange for him to be informed that his communication is being referred to the Governor of Hong Kong and that a further letter will be addressed to him.
